Cancellation Policy

2. Internship & Training Programs

Certificate Fee Refunds

Description: Fees paid for internship or training completion certificates are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and the certificate issued.
Justification: Certificate fees cover administrative costs and include a verification QR code for lifetime validation, adding long-term value.

Exception: Program Cancellation

Description: In the unlikely event that DevMatrix cancels an internship or training program before certificate issuance, participants will receive a full refund of the certificate fee.
Justification: We value program integrity and ensure fairness by offering refunds in the event of program cancellation.
